Think and communicate in probabilities, not in certainties.
With the exception of some mathematical and scientific rules of the universe (which we have discovered there are very few immutable certainties!), life happens in terms likelihoods - not absolutes.
So remember: nothing is ever truly done until it is done. Nothing is ever truly happening until it has happened. Just because it happened in the past, does not 100% dictate that it will happen in that same exact way in the future.
