Six Leadership Lessons

1. You never learn anything by saying No.

2. You have to step aside to let others learn by doing. Experience is the best and only teacher.

3. The best way to conquer fear of the unknown isn’t a fully thought through plan. It’s by starting with the best and smallest possible step.

4. The world is full of complainers, naysayers, and people who will never get it. Don’t let them get to you.

5. Time is the most valuable resource on Earth. Money can be earned, things can be lost and found. Spend your seconds wisely and with the people who matter to you.

6. You are not the main character. Nobody is spending all of their time watching, critiquing, and analyzing you — except yourself. Let go of that negative self talk, it doesn’t serve you.
